Develop a SOA service and client for
Villanova weather station - phases of project would include design,
modeling, development of simulated service, deployment of real service.
Implementation could interface with Villanova weather station equipment or
other online weather services. Individuals or teams could develop
specialized weather services, such as radar images, web app weather bugs,
simple temp & conditions, etc.
