In each of four toxicity studies, 10 male and 10 female animals were assigned randomly to one of five or six graded doses of an investigational drug. The rats (R) or mice (M) were treated either orally (O) or through an I.V.(I). The number of animals dying (D) in each group of 10 (N) animals was recorded. Return to top
