pistac(c)hio cheesecake

a nice pair:

floss for marking equally divided small slices, then cut by the purple Santoko  knife.

Here is our second trial in the States.

Note the golden brown rim of the cheesecake, revealed by the carefully spread circle of sour cream topping. Except for the greenish color of the pistachio crumbs, there is little to indicate its flavor, until you cut it open.

Served with some raspberries. Too bad the dr bob home kitchen has such poor lighting, you barely see the nice green color of the cake.
