fettuccine etc with zucchini and fiori di zucca

then we did risotto (I think we skipped the cooking cream here, but added shallots to the start)

plated with some cheap but good Italian rose' wine

and then again with some tortelloni

which ever way you do this, it is an exceptional dish. Too bad the flowers are just not a viable ingredient here in the states.
