despite the use of chestnut puree instead of applesauce and minichips, these turned out okay, but the refrigerating the dough before baking to keep them tall worked better than we expected, in fact better than we had wanted:
they need to be a little lower in profile than this for sure.
these are the chocolate chocolate chip version. pudding in the mix. killer taste. maybe one cookie should be the limit for these babes.
