Synopsis:
This is an interesting and topical look at the application of a nation's laws on foriegn soil through the internet.
Sports betting is against American law, but not Costa Rica. Moving the bookmaking business offshore made it more
difficult to apprehend the owners, but it didn't save them from the long arm of the law. While the last of them
hasn't yet been nabbed, the US government has had any US business providing service to them cease immediately as
a result of the legal judgements against the bookmaking company.
