PROJECTS: One research project done individually or in two- or three-person teams.

One web-based project done in three- or four-person teams.

Several minor projects and investigations.
PRESENTATIONS: One 20-minute class presentation on a topic chosen with the instructor's consent.
EXAM: A chance to synthesize all that has been discussed.
GRADING: One fifth each for the exam, research project, web-based project, presentation, and the combination of participation and minor projects
